Have graduated from or enrolled in the senior year at an undergraduate degree program in social, political, education, or development-related disciplines

Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing online events of various scales and types, preferably student online trainings and/or incubation

Experience in creating and managing schedules, exercises, and timelines for educational programs

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or other project management softwares and methodologies

Commit to a part-time volunteer schedule, with flexibility for occasional meetings and deadlines
