This year, SYCA is BACK with Singapore's second Local Conference of Youths (LCOY) 2023 LCOYs are organised around the world each year under YOUNGO, the youth constituency of the UNFCCC. The recommendations of youth participants at various LCOYs are put together at the Conference of Youth (COY)— so your voice will be heard in the COP process! Led by youths, for youths, this three-day event will feature three themes chosen for their prominence in recent climate change conferences Aiming to equip young people with knowledge about international climate policy, our FIRST in-person conference features a series of panel discussions, games, and even an excursion to a local community project!
